Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak travel season (May–September). For wellness immersions and retreats, we suggest 4–6 weeks ahead. Same-week appointments may be available — call us directly.
What should I wear or bring?
Arrive in comfortable, loose clothing. We provide all linens, robes, and botanicals. For sauna sessions, bring a swimsuit or wear comfortable undergarments. Leave valuables at home.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 48 hours notice for individual services and 7 days for wellness immersions and retreats. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a 50% fee. We understand that plans change and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling.
Do you offer couples or group experiences?
Yes! We offer couples massages, couples sound baths, and custom group wellness experiences. Contact us to design a private group retreat or celebration package.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Yes, you are welcome to request a specific therapist when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.
How does remote healing work?
Remote healing sessions are conducted via video call (Zoom or FaceTime). You will receive a booking confirmation with connection details. Sessions include a post-session report with insights and personalized recommendations emailed within 24 hours.
