Through it all, one of the things that brings me back to center is thinking about the day I visited you at your center. 2011 Kauai Retreat

My trip to Kaua‘i was a trip of a lifetime and I recognize now that it was completely bundled in Spirit. Wanda introduced me to three unique healers. Each with distinct qualities of their own, each not knowing the other, and yet the work we did was in clear progression from one to the next — unfolding one petal, then the second, and the third.

Thank you, Wanda, Tiffany, Alyce, Star, and mother island Kaua‘i for reconnecting me to the Earth, to Spirit, and to myself.

Deep Within Retreat

The Deep Within Retreat was something I deeply desired — to go deep within. There was a very traumatic moment in which I met my darkest self as I was cracked open. It felt shattering. There were eight days of love prior to this, which really laid the groundwork for my razor-sharp focus on the further healing I needed to do.

I fell into the dark night of the soul and am now finding my way through. The outcome of all this is powerfully awesome — I am now becoming the student of my soul. Love is reaching out to me and I am reaching back. That is the shift.
